Because we prioritize fresh, natural ingredients and choose to formulate without harsh mass-market synthetics, formulas may vary from batch to batch. Natural variations can subtly change the texture, aroma, and color of a specific batch—this is simply nature showing its live activity at play! If you notice your product looks, smells, or feels slightly different than a previous order, rest assured that it delivers the same intended cosmetic benefits. • Age Restriction: Our formulations are highly active and are not suitable for infants or children—they are intended for teens and adults only.

• Shelf Life: With proper care and optimal storage conditions, our formulas are designed to maintain an optimal shelf life of up to 2 years.

• Storage: Since our products are carefully crafted with delicate botanical ingredients, we advise keeping them at room temperature. Extreme temperatures will affect the product; we recommend avoiding direct sunlight, hot vehicles, or proximity to heating and air vents. These environments can compromise the fresh integrity of the formulas, causing them to degrade or spoil.

• Salicylic Acid: Every product that features Salicylic Acid utilizes Geogard ECT, which is a globally approved composition of Benzyl Alcohol, Salicylic Acid, and Sorbic Acid. A maximum of 1% of Geogard ECT is used in the formula, making the Salicylic Acid strictly a functional formulation ingredient for optimal product preservation.

• Containers: Transferring our products to previously used or unsterilized containers will result in contamination and rapid spoilage.

We carefully select each ingredient for each formula so it is compositionally cohesive and harmonious, utilizing a precise, down-to-the-gram preservation system to ensure the quality and longevity of the product. Adding any additional components will disrupt this delicate balance, resulting in mold, spoilage, separation, pH shifts, adverse skin reactions, or heightened fragrance and allergen sensitivities.
