FREE, TO FALL IN LOVE

As a company we have to handle many demands, many requests and have to treat individual requests with empathy and attention. Over the years our care has allowed some customers take advantage of it. As many of our clients know a few years back we had to introduce our very strict "No refund policy". In over 50 years we had zero returns and when customers got use to the easy returns from big suppliers and mega companies, it brought on a wave of customers wanting to return jars to us completely empty and wanting another full jar of that exact same product sent to them for free including shipping charges. We have even had clients break their own bottles and ask for a new one to be sent. When we have offered to send them a new item and a return shipping label for the damaged one, they refused saying they want to keep the broken one and just want another bottle sent also. We also had a few clients order over $1,000 in products, wait until we shipped the products to dispute the charges, and do this more than once, until we stopped selling to them.
