  • Where is my order?
    We often get clients who order Sunday or Friday night and then write us by 10am on Monday asking where their order is. We have had clients place an order at 1pm and write us by 9pm same day asking where their order is. We have a three business day processing time and if your order comes in after 1:30pm the first processing day starts the following day. REST ASSURED YOU WILL ALWAYS GET YOUR ORDER!!!
  • Do You Ship On Fridays?
    We do not ship on Fridays because we don't want your order sitting in an uncontrolled environment over the weekend. We Only ship from Monday- Thursday.
  • Why the "No Refund" policy?
    We unfortunately have the misfortune and blessing that people adore our products but at the same time do not want to pay for products. We have had people use items down to the last drop and then ask for a refund or for a new jar. We have had clients who had products for over a year then ask for a refund because they want a fresher jar. So unfortunately we just do not offer refunds anymore because we have had many unpleasant situations. So our policy at this point is "No Refunds" NO MATTER WHAT!
  • Refunds?
    We are sorry but we will never issue a refund, no matter the circumstance.
  • How long do I have to Report and issue.
    We allow 24hr upon delivery of the order to correct any issues or damages. Once the 24hrs pass we will close the options for claims and we will not be able to issue any corrections or exchanges.
  • Why Do I Pay Shipping?
    Because we pay a lot for shipping. So any orders under $250 before taxes does not qualify for free shipping. We do some "Free Shipping" specials a few times a year please keep your eye out for them
  • Do you offer same day shipping?
    We understand client's might have an emergency. If a client contact us before 12pm and we have the items in stock we will make all arrangements to try to accommodate our client in their urgent moment. We do not make this a habit however and we will not keep doing this for the same client repeatedly. We have an order processing time of 3 business days (Monday -Thursday) please keep this in mind.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
