Personal and a family legacy
Thank you to all our amazing and loyal customers. This page is heartfelt and written with so much love. Since all our clients are like family to us and some of you have been with us since Bioderma, some of you have seen me grow up and take over my family business that is how close we are. That kind of loyalty is what drives our business. My father took great pride in his work, he was proud of his trademarks and none was he as proud of as he was with the trademark BLEMEX. I remember being a little girl and my father reeking of tea tree oil and telling me he cooked his favourite product. It was always a Blemex product or the Try Me. As you know my father has passed away and my heart has been inconsolable. I think you can see from the photo that I truly was a Daddy's girl. So when I took over all his trademarks I made it my mission to uphold the integrity and value of what he had created.

That brings me to Blemex. I have over the years added more and more products bringing a depth to the line that I surely know my father would be thrilled about. However, when you establish something pure and good there are always unscrupulous people who try to usurp and steal what is rightfully yours. Well, that is happening now. A website was created "Blemex.ca" this website is maliciously using our trademark and copying us. This has brought confusion to our clients. THIS WEBSITE IS NOT OURS and does not have the legal right to use our trademark. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM if you think it is us. ​
We are currently trying to have the website removed and will follow all legal pathways to ensure that our trademark is protected and not used illegally. ​
We never opened a blemex site because as a company that has many trademark lines and non-trademark lines it is unconscionable to force clients to have to order from multiple sites when they like to mix and match from our lines. So we have always sold our lines under a mother company, whether it was under any of our former names:

We apologize to our clients for whatever confusion this fraudulent site has caused and we always ask you to never buy products using our name that isn't ZANQARA.ca or Zanqara.com. They are not legitimate.

We have been selling Blemex products throughout Canada and the United States for all these years.
What is Blemex? It is a line we have specialized to create beautiful lasting results.
Blemex was originally formulated around Tea Tree Oil for its array of topical benefits. Over the years we have incorporated other key natural ingredients that allow clients who are sensitive to Tea Tree to use the blemex line. Achieving the same results we have a Blemex product for every skin type while keeping in mind certain sensitivities and allergies.

The Blemex has been our client's most beloved line, we hear all the time that simply using the line creates a sense of happiness and we cannot express how that brings joy to our hearts to know we cannot offer a line unmatched by any other brand or company. It is 37 years of formulation perfection to address all different kinds of skin needs.
