Dear customers,

Please read this message before entering the site. We are a small family company with over 500 formulas. Due to new Health Canada Label Requirements and the our decision to reformulate all our products with fresh produce and adding new oils and butters we are having to do the following:

1.  Cook and test the new formulation changes to ensure the results are the same and better. We also need to ensure texture and feel stays the same.
2.  Once we perfect the formula with the changes. We then need to generate barcodes, QR codes, design the labels abiding to Health Canada Requirements. Each product has at least 3 different sizes and each label for each of those sizes takes about 3hrs or more to do.
3.  After creating the labels we proceed to submit the formulation to Health Canada along with the label. 
4.  We then have to create the product page with full product information and description.

We do all this on our own and keep costs down by not hiring a firm to design our labels or to submit product info to Health Canada. This process is very time consuming and we do it ourselves so we can offer you the best of the best. So we ask our clients to please reach out to use by text or phone call at (705) 888-5032 if they want a product that isn't yet on the site and we can do a manual order. We are slowly adding all the products back to the website as quickly as we can but we won't rush the process until each step is followed and is perfect.
